Rebecca Stekelorum est Professeur Assistant en stratégie et entrepreneuriat à l'ICN Business School. Elle est titulaire d'un doctorat en sciences de gestion de l'Université de Montpellier. Ses recherches portent sur la gestion durable de la chaîne logistique, la responsabilité sociale des entreprises, les petites et moyennes entreprises, et les performances financières et environnementales dans le secteur bancaire. Elle a publié dans plusieurs revues académiques telles que Applied Economics, Economics Bulletin, Management Decision, Supply Chain Forum: An International Journal, International Journal of Logistics Management, et Industrial Marketing Management. Elle a été récompensée par un prix de thèse de l'Association française pour la logistique (ASLOG) en collaboration avec AIRL-SCM. Elle a également reçu en 2019 un Emerald Oustanding Reviewer Award par la revue International Journal of Physical Distribution & Logistics Management.
