Kamel Mnisri est titulaire d'un doctorat en sciences de gestion avec une expérience professionnelle internationales chez IBM. Ses recherches académiques mettent l’accent sur le croisement entre le leadership, la créativité et l’éthique des affaires. Son projet de recherche de Doctorat portait sur le développement de la créativité appliquée à l’organisation. Cette recherche visait à comprendre les modèles conceptuels en vigueur de la gestion de la créativité et a établi des liens entre les pratiques de gestion et développement de la créativité au sein des agences conseil en communication. Kamel est l'un des cofondateurs de la conférence ARTEM sur la créativité organisationnelle et le développement durable. En tant que représentant de partenaires commerciaux, j'avais la responsabilité de la relation client avec des partenaires commerciaux d'IBM en Europe, en Afrique et au Moyen-Orient. Ce rôle exigeait l’appropriation, la coordination et l’exécution des étapes du fulfillment process. Kamel est régulièrement invité à intervenir sur des thématiques telles que le management, le leadership et la créativité dans des entreprises, des conférences académiques et professionnelles. Quelques exemples : la Banque Internationale à Luxembourg, La Banque Populaire Alsace Lorraine Champagne, MEDEF 54, SENELEC Sénégal, Groupe CFAO, Gainde 2000-Sénégal, Paperjam-Luxembourg, Université d’ArcelorMittal.
