Dr Silvester Ivanaj a une formation pluridisciplinaire alliant l’enseignement, la recherche scientifique et l’entrepreneuriat. Actuellement, il est professeur associé de systèmes d’Information et méthodes quantitatives à ICN Business School, Nancy, France. Avant de rejoindre ICN Business School, il a travaillé comme ingénieur de recherche, puis consultant en environnement et en informatique. Il était professeur invité en 2004 et 2009 au Collège of Management de Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, USA. Silvester a plus de 17 ans d’expérience dans l'enseignement des systèmes d’information et des méthodes quantitatives. Ses intérêts de recherche se concentrent principalement sur les systèmes d’information, le développement durable, la recherche transdisciplinaire et la gestion des équipes virtuelles. Dr Silvester Ivanaj obtenu sa maîtrise ès sciences de l’Université Polytechnique de Tirana, Albanie et son doctorat de l’Institut National Polytechnique de Lorraine de Nancy, France. Silvester est co-fondateur et co-organisateur de la conférence MESD (Multinational Enterprises and Sustainable Development).
