Titulaire d'un doctorat en Sciences de Gestion (Finance) - Maître de Conférence et Doyen de la Faculté des sciences économiques et de gestion à l'University of Hafr Al Batin en Arabie Saoudite - Membre du laboratoire CEREFIGE (Centre Européen de Recherche en Économie Financière et Gestion des Entreprises) à l'Université de Lorraine. Titulaire de l'ICCGO (Certificate of Corporate Governance Officer Skills). Intéressé par le comportement des marchés boursiers, le comportement des investisseurs et les agences de notation de crédit. J'ai également une grande passion pour l'entrepreneuriat, la créativité et l'innovation, la gouvernance et l'audit.
