Nuno Guimares da Costa est professeur associé à ICN Business School, après avoir assuré la direction académique et de la recherche à l'école entre les années académiques 2016/2017 et 2018/2019. Il est titulaire d'une Habilitation à diriger des recherches (HDR) obtenue à l'IAE Paris Sorbonne Business School, d'un doctorat en Psychologie Organisationnelle, un MBA et un Master en Management de l'Université Nova de Lisbonne. Avant de rejoindre l'enseignement en 2004, Nuno Guimarães da Costa a occupé plusieurs fonctions de management dans des entreprises portugaises et internationales. Ses domaines de recherche s'articulent autour du développement durable et de l'éthique des affaires, à partir d'une perspective de l'institutionalisme, de la liminalité et de l'identité. Nuno Guimarães da Costa s'intéresse désormais principalement au changement institutionnel pour le développement durable.Il est editeur pour le International Journal of Education in Ethics et le Business and Society Review. Il a été invité comme guest editeur pour le Journal of Cleaner Production et pour Business & Society. Il a publié dans Journal of Business Ethics, Business & Society, Organisational Dynamics, Technological Forecasting and Social Change, European Management Review, Revue de l'Organisation Responsible, Culture and Organisation, et la Revue Internationale de Psychosociologie et de Gestion des Comportements Organisationnels, entre autres. Il a aussi publié des chapitres dans l'ouvrages internationaux de management, dont l'entrée dans Springer's Encyclopedia of UN's SDG, sur les collaborations transdisciplinaires pour les objectives du développement durable de l'ONU.
